Anybody knows this issue, which is about all non-BAS packages that have a planned installed date that's somewhere in the past. It's entered on the last panel to create a package, or updated via the U7 panel.

The issue is not really that the install date is passed, but that there are usually quite a lot of such expired packages (sometimes only a few dozens or so, more often hundreds of them). And they all show up in the list of packages when using ChangeMan ZMF's monitor function. Because they all are shown there, it is really hard to locate the actual change packages that really need some type of attention (like a failed install job due to some problem like a space abend).
