Z-Tuning is a set of CMN/ZMF related remote consultancy services to resolve issues discovered during a Z-Audit.

Because of the so many CMN/ZMF implementations we have been involved in, we know what kind of things can go wrong (and which we typically verify during a Z-Audit). But more importantly we also know how to resolve many of these issues, and how to prevent them from happening again in the future.

The Z-Tuning services are typically performed remotely, where we use a remote connection to the CMN/ZMF site(s).

Often we also use the power of some of our AbitMORE SCM add-on products for CMN/ZMF, like AbitMORE SCM Reporting and AbitMORE SCM Commander. For that the customer does not need a software license to complete the Z-Tuning. However once the customer experiences the results we achieved, they may want to consider licensing these add-on products also (e.g. to prevent similar issues in the future).
